Three Rivers is a locally owned microbrewery and pub located downtown. Their beer is delicious, and if you’re lucky, you’ll catch one of their live bands. Even if you’re not that lucky, it’s still a great place to stop by after work for drinks and conversation with friends.

Three Rivers is open daily from 4 p.m. until late at night, except on Mondays, when they open at noon, and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The list above highlights some of my favourite restaurants in Farmington, NM. There are many others, however; if you’re looking for a place that serves authentic Mexican cuisine, try Ranchero’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine on San Juan Ave.

Their tacos and salsa alone are worth a visit. Don’t forget about Chef Kaju’s Sushi and Steakhouse; I love their jalapeno-cucumber rolls and spicy salmon skewers (yum!).
